Holiday Hills Resort Branson

It’s a timeshare. Sure, you can pay to stay a single night, but expect them to hit you hard with promotional offers. When you check in, they make you go to the promotions desk on the other side of the room to have your keys “activated”. Kinda shady. As for the rooms themselves, they are average. The parent company is consistently looking for ways to cut costs. For example, the fireplaces used to work. Now they have decorative inserts that don’t produce heat, but oddly still turn on to simulate flames. Why have them at all? My last complaint is that the fire panel keeps needing to be reset every few hours. If we didn’t call them to ask them to do it, it will beep constantly until it’s temporary reset. Do Not Buy Into the Timeshare/Vacation Club! It Is NOT An INVESTMENT For Your Family! But booking and paying cash for each stay is great. Nice resort with clean rooms. Bed was old fashioned spring which was too firm but that is my only complaint. Very fair prices too.

Awesome resort to stay at! It has enough fun that you never actually have to leave the resort to have a great time with family! The picture is for The Office fans 😂 The rooms we originally got was in the bottom, ground level, we didn't like it and they moved us to a higher level so we could have a balcony. They didn't have to do that as we did reserve the rooms online so it was our fault but they fixed it for us!

Very disappointed in the rooms. Carpet and tile was filthy. Toilets were extremely low. It’s time they update to the 21st Century. No Keurig coffee maker. WHY IS IT THAT BECAUSE WE ARE BRAND NEW MEMBERS WE HAVE TO GET THE “LOWEST CLASS” ROOMS. Very sickening that as an RCI member we don’t get the rooms like they show you when you first become a member at their 3 or 4 hour tour that you signed up for. So sorry we signed up!!

I went there and checked in at around 2pm i believe and left the room at like 8pm same day. I didn't touch a thing but sat outside and when i checked out i forgot my shirt in the top of the couch. The rooms and everything else were left in the same condition that i found it and it was IMPOSIBLE to miss the shirt i had forgotten there. To bring it to their attention, i went a step further and also called the same night when i left and told the agent on the phone that i was leaving but i forgot something in the room that meant a lot to me so they could put a note in the system not to lose it or send someone from housekeeping to go and get it. Well, it comes out now after 2 weeks, the shirt is no where to be found. I am down $120 for that shirt and lots of memories i had with that shirt. WHY?
