Great location. Steps away from the beach and boardwalk with tons of restaurants, shops, etc. Bed is wildly uncomfortable and they should be ashamed of their pillows. Unit was visibly molded with a very musty smell which made allergies really bad and ruined the trip. TV didn’t work which made everything quiet and awkward. Host responded but wasn’t local and couldn’t help. Didn’t even move us, offer a partial refund, etc. just sent over air freshener which made an already musty, heavy smell worse. Pictures look 10x better than what it was and can’t capture smell, mold, etc on a photo. Everything else was very old but looked like the photo with a filter. No towel or sheet service but you can use the laundry room (4 days with no fresh towels clean sheets after a beach sucks) Parking is $23/

Before we arrived ,I misunderstood that parking is not included. I asked a public parking attendant for info. Save yourself a headache, ignore the in house instructions to get parking and go to Hollywood City Hall, Mon-Thurs and get a parking pass for $117.70. They don’t take Discover.||Door code will not be emailed til one minute after check in time. To light up the key pad you must press the mfg insignia on the box. I had to call in to find this info.||There is no instruction manual in the unit. They failed to mention that it would NOT be in the tv cabinet! So there are no rules or instructions to follow. I called again because I thought it would explain why the tv didn’t work.||The tv is Roku. I don’t have an account so local channels weren’t available to us. Nor did the tv work. It

These are the most disorganized snarky people I have dealt with, probably ever. Punitive and awful book someplace else.

Our stay was for four nights… the build was quiet and bed was comfortable., had to pay 82 US for parking over and above stay …. The baseboards could have been cleaned but be sides that we enjoyed our stay …was close to beach and the kitchen had everything you needed … would stay again

We stayed at the HOBE Lofts for 3 nights in early August, before we drove down to the Keys. It is only about 20 minutes from the Ft Lauderdale airport, and includes parking, which is priceless! Eyvonne made our arrival very easy, and we were at the beautiful beach within a half hour of arrival. You can just walk a partial block and plop right down in the sand, and the clear water was perfect. The wide brick broadwalk will keep you occupied and is great for people watching. There are all kinds of small shops, and pizza and ice cream places galore, right there. We found some neat restaurants down at the end of the street, on the intracoastal, and the water taxi is there too. The Hollywood outdoor theater is a stone's throw away, and we really enjoyed the free concerts in the evenings. T
