Never stayed here but can say I felt bugs crawling on just driving by the dump

We paid for our room then went in and it was so gross they hadn't even cleaned it at all the shower and toilet was so nasty. The smell was horrid because they put moth balls everywhere for the roaches. They denied us a refund. So we had to go and and roach killing sprays. It was 300$ for a week here with 1 pet. I will never ever return.

Grossest most negligent place I have ever stayed. Man if you can deal with the constant hollering, roaches, morning working, and the staff treating you like garbage then it's for you

Quiet compared to before but we were placed in a different location this time compared to last plus they accepted me being handicapped and put me downstairs in the newer part closer to the office much better this time. And they are considerate when it came to us not having the money because someone stole our money from my families house while we were out to eat. So we were going to be short and be on the street for 2 weeks until our next check but seeing our statements from the bank us being honest about it he allowed us to stay and we have to pay him extra money for allowing it we weren't on the street someone does care about how others are treated. As we would them if we wore that shoe. Thanks H & K in a time of need...

Despite the obvious shortcomings this and difficulties of managing a hotel with so many rooms, I have to say that management is very kind and understanding if they trust you, so it is basically the premise of they will treat you the way you treat them. If you earn their trust they will work with you and even today Paul prorated me $25 because I am leaving a day early and had paid a week in advance. He has worked with me when I was unable to pay my weekly rate and discounted the days I was unable to pay for by $10. He saved me abou $40 that week. I would say all in all it was a fair experience staying here for 4 months or so, and as I say they will treat you with the respect that you give them.
