Has bed bugs! My daughter and I were woken up to itching and bites all over . Searched the bed and found two right away, nobody will come to the office, can't find management nowhere. Do not stay here!

Very helpful staff. Coffee is ready at 7:00 a.m. in the office. House Keeping is very nice, friendly, and as well super helpful. Book early because the office closes at 11 p.m.

We stayed in room 188 and the floor looks dirty, pulled the sheets back and the pleats in the mattress were full of dirt and lint, my wife took a shower and the towels looked like someone scrubbed the floor or something worse. Every time you flush the toilet, the chain falls off the lever and when you try to put the chain back on your hand is covered with rust from the lever. Tried to watch TV the next morning and and apparently they turn off the internet because there was no network for the TV. Tried to get a soda from the machine outside and it was out of order. They apparently don't have an ice machine because they don't provide an ice bucket. Their heating unit was either too hot or too cold ALL NIGHT LONG. I have been staying at this motel in McAlester, OK off and on for over 13 years and LOVE IT. The beds are comfy, you have a fridge, microwave, TV, and hot shower. All for well under $70 a night. I love being able to park in front of my motel room not locked away in the intersanctum of a hotel with Rib Crib BBQ is just 2 buildings away, great food.

First the good: great shower pressure and the water was hot. Now the bad: stayed in 3 different rooms each time because we had to keep extending our stay for work and every room was dirty. The last night I was supposed to pay with my bosses card info (call him and pay over the phone) turns out they wrote his info down from the first time we stayed and when I asked for it back the short heavy set lady wouldn’t give it to me and got rude with me. So I called my boss and she got rude with him and started yelling and throwing the paper at me. Not the best place to stay but it is cheap.
