We were here for only one night but so glad we found this hidden gem. No big frills however, Vonda the owner is so proud of her property. Not far off the interstate, it is nestled among beautiful trees. Among the permanent residents are goats, chickens and bunnies. Nice walking trail but at this time, the pond was dried up. We would return if in the area.
We were greeted at our vehicle by Vonda, the owner! She registered us at our truck. We had a great level pull through site with full hook ups. Long enough to stay hooked up if we wanted too. The grounds were well maintained. Great for our overnight stay. Easy on & off the freeway. Next to a Loves so we had all we needed. The site was near the interstate so there is road noise if you’re sensitive to that. We just turn on our fan. It’s great stay with someone who stands for the flag and kneels for the cross. 🙌🏼
Nicely maintained RV park. Love the goats, chickens and rabbits. Fascinating conversations with Vonda, when you can capture her attention. (She is a very busy lady...caring for her park.) Easy access off I-10 in Florida panhandle. Level pull-thru sites. They are close together if you are pulling in for just a quick stop. We also enjoyed the many inspirational signs she has posted around RV park. We met friends there and continued our journey West! We will be back...to stay with Vonda.
Great affordable spot for a midway stop into central Florida! We had horrible Verizon service - Tmobile was excellent. Vonda is so kind and truly cares. We extended our stay in the panhandle due to Hurricane Milton. She was flexible and went out of her way to get on site activities for our kids - even though they have their own toys and equipment. We will gladly be back.
We have had two overnight stays at this park. It is a super easy stay off of I-10 with pull through sights. The park is clean and very well maintained. They have level gravel sites with full hook-ups. The owner is pleasant and efficient with check in. Having a Loves truck stop across the street was a bonus.
