Historic Arrow & East Hotels

Great experience! From Lex at the desk, to Josh in the bar, this is an extremely good place to stay. I loved the idea of all suites, with so many options on how to stay. I will be returning! Classy design, very clean and inexpensive for any hotel suite.

This hotel is BEAUTIFUL and the staff were very very friendly and knew the history of the hotel which was fun to learn about. Unfortunately, we arrived late at night and had to leave early so we didn't get to enjoy the restaurant or bar. We still had a very enjoyable experience. Our room was spotless (I clean houses professionally and am very picky in this department) and everything was comfortable. I hope we have the chance to stay here again!|They should sell the key chains! I would have loved to have one to take home.

Positive: "" Negative: We truly had a terrible experience. It started with a leaking air conditioning unit which left wet carpet near our bathroom. All night long the laundry room adjacent to our bedroom kept us awake until we complained at 3:00AM and moved us. No rest.

This was our 4th stay at the Arrow hotel. It’s a perfect stop after a day of driving from central Minnesota to Colorado. This trip we stayed on the way to and from Colorado. These 2 stays however were not as pleasant as our first 2. Not only do we enjoy the rooms and atmosphere,, we LOVE the restaurant and the breakfast. Last night for dinner I had the pork flatiron with baked potato and salad. I asked to get a side of seasonal vegetables and asked what were the veggies. She said broccoli, carrots and onion. I am not a broccoli lover or onions, but could handle the broccoli, but could they keep the onions out. She said she didn’t think they could as it was premixed. My partner John said he could eat the onions. So went ahead and ordered the seasonal veggies. When my food came, it was all b

5 stars across the spectrum. I've emphatically told people in my circle how QUIET the rooms are. Aarow Hotel (East) advertises: "This hotel has soundproof walls" (within reason obviously) That statement had always held true until tonight. Reserved room 411, beautiful as always... I may have discovered the only room in which the adjacent room did not receive "sound proof" construction. -Sneezing, I heard it -Coughing as well -Yawning, yep -Clipping Fingernails ISN'T LOUD -Opening Curtains ISN'T LOUD yet all were ever present. -I basically had a "roommate" Overall, the place is gorgeous.
