Beautiful and clean hotel. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Checked right in. Had no issues. Happy hour is 5 to 7.. but drinks are still pricey. The restaurant only is a paying breakfast. There is no complimentary breakfast. 13 bucks or more per person. Restaurant table 55 had good food but a little pricey. Hotel was quiet and guest we encountered were nice. Pool provided pool towels. Pool stayed open till 11. Hot tub wasn't working right. Dog friendly. If you stay here you must use your room key to activate the elevators. Found that out 15 min later. Lol... outside is nice. Benches and a little walking around area.seating outside is nice also. Parking is far from the hotel but u can get valet. Construction going on. You pay for parking each time u come and go and use your room

Stayed here for proximity to surgery at Baptist Hospital. Needed to extend my stay due to complications. The front desk could not have been more accommodating and kind, especially Jazmyn F., who went out of her way to help me. I sincerely appreciated her compassion and flexibility and the hotel is lucky to have her. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff at the bar restaurant were also lovely. Highly recommend this hotel for medical visits to Baptist requiring overnight stays. Great room darkening drapes if you need to sleep and recover!

Hello, My wife and I stayed at the Hilton Miami Dadeland, and overall we had a pleasant experience. The hotel is nice, comfortable, and well-located. In general, everything is well organized, which is why I’m giving a positive rating. However, there are a few essential points that I believe should be addressed before renting rooms to guests for a premium price: 1. Refrigerator issue – The refrigerator in our room was not working correctly. The evaporator coil was covered in ice, indicating a maintenance issue. A functioning refrigerator is an essential part of a hotel stay. 2. Damaged doors – As shown in the photos, the room doors are visibly damaged. Rooms in this condition should not be rented to guests. 3. Front desk greeting – The front desk staff never greeted guests. They look at

I hope to never return after giving this place 3 chances. Staff incompetence and apathy, cleanliness, room readiness and communication are the issues. Issues Experienced1. Reservation & Cancellation Problem (2025)I mistakenly booked a non-refundable rate for $1,500 but immediately contacted the hotel (within minutes) to cancel so I could rebook on a refundable rate. The hotel staff did not respond to any of my attempts to communicate, nor Trip's.2. Cleanliness (2023-2025)Mystery stains on sheets during every visit, most recent visit I noticed blood stains.Upon arrival (2023), the bathroom had a wad of hair; wet marks on sheets were present whenever sheets were changed.3. Room Stock / Service (2025)As a Junior Suite, which is what I always book, the room lacked basic items: no conditioner,

The customer service from the entire staff at the Hilton Miami Dadeland was the best a hotel guest could ask for. Specifically, I want to thank Ms. Ana Isaza, Director of Sales and Marketing, who was a pleasure to work with as I planned an event for 60 people with less than a week notice. Ana is exactly the type of representation the Hilton brand wants as a brand ambassador; her friendly, professional and get the job done demeanor has ensured my return visit to this property for both hotel accommodation as well as event planning. Beyond the top-notch service, this hotel is beautiful and well appointed; a must visit.
