Hilton Miami Airport Blue Lagoon

I had the pleasure of being helped by Jasmyn at the night desk, and I just have to say, she was absolutely wonderful. She is incredibly bubbly, kind, and genuinely helpful in a way that made a lasting impression. It’s not often you come across someone working the graveyard shift who brings such positive energy to their role, but Jasmyn truly does. Despite the late hours, she was warm, welcoming, and attentive, making everything feel easy and taken care of. Her attitude alone made the experience better. The hotel itself was amazing as well! The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Overall, it was a great stay, and Jasmyn is truly an asset to the team and a perfect example of great hospitality.

Thermostat in the rooms didn't work and the phone in the room didn't work. Amazing place but it's run down over the years, maintenance is not high on the list. Love the old feeling but somethings still need to work. Food is outrageously expensive for the quality. Staff are amazing though and very pleasant.

Stayed here expecting a typical Hilton experience but was pretty disappointed. First issue: the room never got cold, which is pretty frustrating in Miami. The AC barely worked and the room stayed warm the entire time. Second: the pool situation makes no sense. The pool is apparently open to the public on Fridays, so when hotel guests try to use it, every chair is already taken. There were no towels available either, so guests basically can’t enjoy an amenity we’re paying for. The closet handle in the room was broken, which just adds to the feeling that the property isn’t well maintained. Service was also disappointing. The front desk staff seemed indifferent even with a long line of guests waiting, and communication was difficult since some staff members couldn’t speak English clearly.

Positive: The Hotel Host front desk was Very Excellent with Customer service and Very Friendly Negative: Your Privacy - I said I would not say anything about what happen and leave it between Us and Priceling and Blue Lagoon so we can do more better.business and allow them to train im really being very nice hoping they will remember me and treat Us Gold Star

Overall, this is a solid place. It's definitely an older property, but they've refreshed a lot of it. The beds were good, shower was very hot and had good water pressure, lobby area is nice. Our room (premium queen) was REALLY large, in the way that newer hotel rooms are not. About 15-20 minute drive (easy) to downtown, 25-30 to Miami Beach. A decent option if you don't want to pay for the more expensive downtown places.
