Beebe | @GonnaHappen I had a great experience at the Hilton Grand Vacations Sales Center and worked with Ari, who was absolutely amazing. She was kind, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Ari also speaks Spanish, which made communication even easier and added an extra level of comfort and connection. She has been working hard to help me get the right deal in place to upgrade to HGV Max, and what I really appreciated is that she took the time to find an option that truly fits my budget. Was a nice experance actually. No hard sales and David our guide was very nice. Worked with the 3 guys all named David. Are we're very nice and personable. Never felt pressured. They have a very nice product but not ready yet. Did git the 7 night for 1700 at there resorts. Looked some up and at times they run 800 a night. Will see how hard it is to book a week but we have 18 months

Had an alarming experience with Youseff Sadek, who is apparently their top sales representative. I certainly hope not because he was incredibly unprofessional. He took our disinterest in the timeshare extremely personally and was very upset, threatening to remove the discount from the vacation package we had purchased earlier. When he insisted that I provide an explanation for not being swayed by his sales pitch, I told him I had concerns with the quality of the properties, since our room in the hotel had several cockroaches (causing us to have to switch rooms at 3am). Youseff brought me an excellence form, which he said needed to be filled out in order for us to leave. He continued to attempt to make condescending and irrelevant comments about how Hilton wasn't a charity. He then brought

A time was had this was Birthday gift from my parents. So, we had no idea what it looked like. But it was beautiful and our suite was comfortable. Thank you, to every staff member we encountered. I would return with my grand babies next year.

Booked a Hilton Grand Vacations promotional package for $167 / 3 nights that required attending a 2-hour presentation. I showed up as instructed and followed all requirements. They pushed me into the Lake Buena Vista property near Disney Springs, which was very outdated and felt more like a budget hotel than a Hilton. At the presentation, I was told they could not proceed because I selected “single” (I’m going through a divorce), citing potential legal issues with purchasing—despite the fact that I never intended to buy anything and was only there to fulfill the promo requirement.
