Hilton Garden Inn Plymouth

We are still here, but I had to write now about the exceptional service/hospitality we have been receiving at this location. The rooms are extremely clean and my friend and I both loved the fact that not only was the bathroom spotless, but it smells like clothes hanging o a clothsline in the fresh air. The entire staff has been exceptional - shout outs to Heather/Frot Desk and Julie who was a server at breakfast on Thanksgiving. There were two men at the front desk/night shift who were outstanding, too. They were there when we checked in on the 25th and I believe also night shift on the 26th. Please thank them - we are two VERY happy customers and very much appreciate the way this hotel is run and the quality of the people working at this Hilton Garden Inn...we can't wait to come bac

Front desk individual when I checked in, was very friendly, very understanding. Help me through the process. I'm a subcontractor on an extended stay made the experience wonderful and enjoyable stayed at many hotels walked in, hoping front desk was going to be friendly. Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The pool was extremely small—much smaller than it appeared in photos—and it was difficult for more than a few people to use it comfortably. The pool was so loud with individuals drinking alcohol and not attending to their children. We went three times during our one night stay and it was chaos every time. To make matters worse, the breakfast buffet that was advertised was not available, which was frustrating since it was something we considered when booking. We didn’t receive any advance notice. Overall, the experience didn’t match what was promoted, and we left feeling disappointed.

Our experience at the Hilton Garden Inn in Plymouth, Mass. was a very positive one. We stayed for three nights. The room was very nice, and the lobby was well stocked with coffee, tea, and hot chocolate, at all hours. I want to especially thank the night receptionist, John L for the several interactions that we had during our stay. He was attentive to our needs, very personable, and definitely showed that he liked being at the front desk. The next time we are in Plymouth, we will again stay at this hotel.
