A Truck stop motel in nowhereville Alabama would be better! Seriously, the worst Hilton experience as a gold member ever! Read all the other 1-Star reviews. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!||||Immediate bad smell upon entering the Hotel and room, No bell service, broken main Elevator, $18 breakfast that they will tell you MUST be eaten in lobby, run down bleached stained carpet, and scurrying cockroaches. I thought my wife was joking. Are pictures of this place real? Maybe 10 years ago. ||||They had completely sold out of Double beds, so we were forced to accept a King just to get a room. We then asked for a cot. Nothing brought for 2 hours. After which an incredibly rude non-English speaking man left at our door with no bedding. Called to ask for it… No answer on ANY line! ||||Enjoy sirens and loud

My rating doesn't entirely have to do with the night auditor who was able to switch rooms for myself and my wife easily. She was super nice and sweet. It's the morning with housekeeping trying to fight to get into our room. We requested late checkout at 1pm because by the time we settled into the hotel from flying it was 4am. I used to do hotel management and night shift so I could see there was huge miscommunication. House keeping came by at 9am, 10:30am, and twice violently at 11:00-11:10am. I think the worst part is the lady at the front desk this morning was super nice but honestly I think she was just trying to yes me to get me out of her hair which is fair. I have done that before. However, there was not even partial compensation for an overpriced rate. I would understand if this was

Location is great for cruisers. Too bad they like to overbook the hotel. Booked 2 queens with 4 people. Got one bed. At least the floor is somewhat comfortable. They said they’d give a credit but 10 days later have yet to see it.

Everything was very good. It is clean and well located.My room was in front of the elevator, so it was a title bit noisy due the people talking at my door.

My experience with Chef Madeline was amazing. She ensured that we were served and surprised us with waffles. Chef Madeline was great host as she made us feel as if we were home. Chef Madeline continued to check on throughout our stay and advising us the best places to go as guest to Miami. Not only their service was exceptional but the food was great.
