It has a beautiful lobby! For the price of this hotel, I feel like there should be a continental breakfast option, but instead, they cook it to order and it’s $22 for one person, which I think is outrageous. I like that the showers have the shampoo and conditioner on the walls inside, which makes traveling easier. It was a very high-quality conditioner too! The room was very clean, and I was pleasantly surprised that they already had a nice, soft blanket in the room in case you needed extra warmth and weight on your bed. However, I did not like the sheets. They are the kinds that are very starched and stiff and they feel kind of scratchy on my skin. I kind of have some sensory issues so maybe normal people wouldn’t care, but if you know, you’re one of those people that needs your sheets

This was the 2nd time I stayed at the property. It was as nice as the first. Amazing, since I live in nearby Leisure Village. But having 59 stays by early December, I needed only one more to get a large points bonus, so I went for it. ||As I always do, I checked in and chose my room via the Hilton app. No problems with that. The Digital Key allowed me to park in the rear of the hotel and enter through the doors closest to the elevators, and go right up to my chosen room.||My room was certainly comfortable, no issues with WiFi, TV, nor climate control. Do not book your wedding room block here. The rooms themselves were nice and clean. The staff was lovely once we got there. Everything went great for the actual wedding. The sales office was where our nightmare was. We were assured before signing that 30–40 rooms would be most likely available. Instead, they only released 5–10 rooms at a time and made us repeatedly chase them to open more inventory. Responses took weeks. Communication was poor and disorganized. Our guests were extremely confused. Rooms would show as unavailable, then reappear, then disappear again. We had to personally track confirmation numbers, coordinate nearly 50 reservations ourselves, and even put guest rooms on our own credit card to make sure people had somewhere to stay.
