Hilton Garden Inn Haymarket

From the moment we arrived, this hotel exceeded every expectation. The welcome was warm and genuine and the entire staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The room was immaculate, beautifully designed and very comfortable with thoughtful details that made a difference. The bed was incredibly cozy, there were wonderful amenities and everything was perfectly maintained. OMG!!! | So, i stayed there on Saturday, December 12/06/2025, left next day, as soon as I got home, I found out that I forgot my hairbrush. I called the hotel couple of hours after I left them. They asked me to call next day Monday 12/08/2025, because cleaning crew is still working and they didn't bring anything to "lost and found". | I called Monday. Don't know gentlemen name, but I am sure it's easy to find out, told me, that still no one brought anything to lost and found. The answer to my question about will they, or what is next he said, " YOU HAVE IT, YOU TOOK IT HOME" Imaging my shock! How disrespectful! I did insure him that I checked my bag before I called, but again.......they don't have it, I have it. He did say they will keep looking.|| I called next day, just now, today and

I essentially live in this hotel. I have been treated with nothing but the upmost respect and support with all of my needs. Tyler is great behind the front desk. Jeremy is fantastic in the restaurant and bar. Hem, the maintenance man has covered my every need. Real stand up establishment.

We actually had reservations at another establishment and upon arrival, it was not suitable. Middleburg was sold out and we found out about the Hilton in Haymarket. We were SO thankful when we arrived here. It was fresh and clean and very comfortable. The rooms were great too. But it was truly the front desk that made our stay. Tyler gave us the biggest welcome and made us feel so relieved. He is a true asset to the hotel. The stay was great but he is what made it exceptional! We also loved our housekeeper, Delmi! We will be back!

Convenient location, wonderful staff, and so nice and clean! The cafe on site is lovely and restaurant also serves incredibly delicious food. Great place - you won’t be disappointed!
