Hilton Garden Inn Greensboro Airport

Akila is simply amazing! Very kind, patient, and warm. I am loving my room so far. The only issue so far is that the plugs are very difficult to insert the prongs into. You have force it using a lot of strength and most aren't budging. It's only a matter of time that a guest breaks their wrist or fingers trying to do a simple task such as powering their laptop. Please consider maintenance going through and opening those up. The renovated rooms are very nice otherwise.

The rooms are vey clean and starting to show their age. However, my stay went smoothly, I slept well, and the staff were great. Appreciate the made-to-order breakfast. Evenings had the dining/lounge area busy & lively.

The decline of a brand. HGI’s were my go to for years. The service and offerings have declined greatly over the years. Beware of this one, although this brand is known for its amazing cook to order breakfast you won’t be getting that here breakfast sandwiches only McDonald’s put on a better spread.

Positive: Cleanliness Negative: "/"Breakfast buffet/" is a ripoff. Mostly just a regular hotel breakfast but they charge you for it. Make sure you put your kids on the reservation or they will charge you $15//ea."

The rooms are outdated and clearly in need of a refresh. The breakfast service is particularly disappointing: there is no buffet, and the staff is not very responsive, which is frustrating when staying for work and expecting efficiency and speed. I travel to Greensboro regularly, and while the location near the airport is convenient, I will definitely be looking for another hotel in the future.
