Hilton Garden Inn Camden Waterfront Philadelphia

Beautiful location and clean hotel. The restart is not as good as it used to be. A few ppl left because the wait time to be served was really long. And the food took a long time as well. About 4 items in the menu were out of stock. This restaurant was amazing back then, but it appears they are understaffed tremendously and not prepared for the medium crowd. But the hotel itself was amazing as always. Very beautiful, quiet and gorgeous location. Parking is free around certain street areas on the weekends.

Positive: The view over the water is fabulous! Negative: I am an avid coffee drinker and the coffee maker was filthy. The lady at the desk said she could not get another one and was not able to give any my options to get something as simple as a cup of coffee.

I had an excellent experience thanks to the outstanding customer service from Adriana and Imani. From the moment I walked in, they were both professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Adriana took the time to make sure everything was handled smoothly, while Imani went above and beyond to answer my questions and make sure I left completely satisfied. Their teamwork, patience, and positive attitude really stood out. It’s rare to come across customer service this good, and they definitely made my visit a great one. I truly appreciate their help and would highly recommend this place because of them!

This is a nice hotel, and if you get a room with the riverside view, its a great view! Especially from the 7th floor. See the video I attached. There is a restaurant in the hotel, which isnt bad. For those that don't want to drive into the city and deal with street parking, the hotel restaurant is a good option. There isnt much around here that I would recommend, and driving across the bridge to get into Philly will cost you a $6 toll. Service is extremely slow everytime I eat at the hotel restaurant. Tonight, there was only 2 tables, and 2 people at the bar, and service was extremely slow, slower than when thry are busy. There are 3 servers for these 2 tables and 2 people at the bar. Ive been waiting 15 minutes for server to come back and take my order, I placed my apps, but needed to

Didn't stay at the hotel so I can not comment on the rooms. The location of the hotel is excellent. Beautiful views of the Philly skyline. I attended a fundraiser event for a friend. The conference room was great. The DJ had everyone on the dance floor. The food stole the show. Everything they brought out was amazing. The outside area is a plus. Nice size sitting area with firepits. The main lobby has a bar as well. Super nice hotel. Would love to stay a night to get the full effect.
