Hilton Garden Inn Albuquerque North/Rio Rancho

My mother I stayed overnight during the Thanksgiving Holidays! The hotel was clean and comfortable as well as accomodating. I stay there yearly as well with 2 children for respite as well. I would like to DEFINTELY compliment the Front Desk Attendant James for he was nothing short of outstanding. He ran the whole show Thursday night meeting every guest's need with a smile and an eternal eagerness to complete the taks at hand. Made the experience wonderful!

Great 6-day stay! The hotel was very quiet and relaxing, which made it easy to unwind. Breakfast each morning was amazing, and I was pleasantly surprised by how good the dinner was as well — the food quality exceeded expectations. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. I especially want to mention the gentleman at the front desk (I didn’t catch his name). He was excellent — very helpful, professional, and kind during my stay, and really made a positive impression. I would absolutely stay here again.

Overall the hotel was great! The only negative is what most people said that the breakfast was not worth $15! They had some gluten free stuff and almond milk available. It’s in a great location, a lot around it! Rooms are not outdated and were clean. The bed was comfortable and we didn’t feel like we could hear people through the walls. We were worried about parking our car there but it was well lit and on a busy street which was nice! Our car was still there in the morning and not missing any tires 🤪 Shower had good water pressure, AC and Heat worked well! Had body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the shower! They had a mini fridge and microwave in the room!

Positive: The hotel staff, particularly the girl at the front desk, was very professional, courteous and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. Negative: We were there with our travel hockey team. It would have been great to offer our 18 room group a discount on the Sunday breakfast.

Pretty place but not a 200 per night hotel. There was less than half a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom with no spare and the shower drains super slow. The bathroom had a super funky odor. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly.
