Hilton Branson Convention Center

A very average stay overall. Certain aspects of the hotel were very nice - lobby, convention center, pool area. My main reason for giving it a 3 Star was the cleaning needs to improve. Our room and the hallway on the 4th floor smelled a bit like feet to be honest. In the hallways you could see they never clean the vents and there was a general layer of dust in our room. Not very good for health. In our room it was okay for cleanliness. Stains on some of the bedding, bedding skirt, etc. Some mold and rust in the shower. Chips and wallpaper peeling in the room. I only leave a review so the hotel can make it things better. I know they are renovating the rooms soon but need to step up the cleaning in the meantime.

Positive: Location to the landing Negative: Room security, key scan lock on door was falling off. Cleanliness and disrepair of bathroom: shower head was spraying everywhere, the bathroom had not been cleaned behind the door in months. Breakfast was bland, more boat than wait staff.

We stayed a couple of nights for our anniversary and Christie at the front desk was awesome. Before arrival I commented we were coming for our anniversary and she did some something special in our room with flowers, that was really sweet of her. Diane was also kind. ||The facility was nice and in a good location

Customer Service was Amazing! Everyone working was Super Nice. We stayed on Christmas Day and 3 day after. This hotel was beautifully decorated for the holiday. It also in a prefect location for everything we wanted to do. Again, I just want to say everyone working was quick, friendly and very helpful- front desk, valet and housekeeping for our needs! Thank you for a wonderful Stay!

I had another great stay at this Hilton! Scotty was a great driving us in the shuttle. He made sure we are all comfortable and offered water, humor, and smiles for the ride! Clancey was a great server, and helped with everything I needed. Very attentive! Level 2 breakfast was great as always! Thank you for making our stay so welcoming!
