rent from these people and regret it. apartments are infested with spiders and mice. water leaks and mold in both kitchen and bathroom. landlord's wife/partner will illegally enter your apartment and bring her dog and friend in with her. half the outlets don't work. neighbors will call you slurs, landlord allows his friends/tenants to tamper with your mail and takes it upon himself to move your mail. sunny hill across the street will make your time there hellish too.
