Hilltop Motel

I got a room for the night. For me and my girl woke up about 11:30 PM water leaking from the ceiling and dressed amount carpet soap. All my clothes are soaked. Our bag is soaked. Water is leaking down the wall in the bathroom all over the floor roof is buckle and water is leaking through the roof. We don’t even want the room at this point. We’ve only been here a couple hours management couldn’t help us. We were in room 22.

I had to call this place 5 times to check the room rates because I kept getting hung up on. I had someone coming in from out of town. So I asked the prices of the Jacuzzi room, the king size bed without the Jacuzzi and before I could ask for the price of the queen size room I was met with a comment of Are you playing a game with me, and he hung up in my face...I needed to book 5 rooms but because of the nasty, trashy rude person that answered the phone, I would never, recommend this place to anyone. I'm big on customer service.

I stayed here for 4 days, Thursday to Monday. Rates are 80 dollars flat rate any day, you pay an extra 15 per hour for late check out. Leave a 10 deposit for key card that must be returned when you check out along with the remote. My room was clean there was a very stuffy Smoky smell. The cleaning staff was nice and polite, but the staff at the front desk not so much. On Monday morning as I was getting ready to take a shower and leave I had a little visitor in the bathroom... Yup a 🪳🪳. I hadn't noticed anything until that morning. When I was checking out I politely told the gentleman at the counter and show him a picture of the roach. He got very offensive and rude. His response to me was you been here for 4 days what do you want. You complain after 4 days. I wasn't asking for a

Great cheap place to get away with the wife for a weekend , new rooms, biggest Jacuzzi I've ever seen in a room (could've fit 4 easily) adult channels for free, nice dove toiletry kit included with toothbrushes too. NOT a place to bring the kids along too. This is for sure another romantic getaway weekend that I don't have to save for n don't feel guilty for doing financially
