Hilltop Inn

I had to move to this motel for a night after 28 days at the Travelers Motor Lodge in N Smithfield (policy) because apparently they are partnered motels...the older man that owns the place gave my bf and his brother the biggest attitude upon check in. Proceeded to rent the room for a night for $75, the next morning around 8am bf had to work til 4 and explained he would pay the late checkout fee and manager agreed (with attitude)...around noon this older man WALKED INTO MY ROOM WHILE I WAS NAKED AND SLEEPING without calling or anything and continued to knock and check for hours from 12-4pm to make sure we were checking out which we clearly said we were and just waiting on a ride. He stood outside while we were putting our belongings outside up until the moment we left. We were there for one

There were dead bugs smeared on the wall. This place is so disgusting. Foul smell, I'm pretty sure the blankets were not clean as well. Other guests seemed to be using this as a "place of business". Just disgusting.

The steep driveway iced over and they refused to salt it. Do not come here in the winter. The worst part was that the owner simply didn’t care. He just looked at me and said it wasn’t his problem.

This place allows horrible things to go on! there are roaches in every room, bed bugs and drugs! People have died and they will rent the room out the next day ! The North Smithfield Community know what goes on and refuse to take matters in there own hand. The city hall agrees the place should be closed down and nothing happens. years and years go by and this place is still open, it baffles me how. I Don't care if the "Owner" responds to these reviews, The place will never be clean! And it will forever be a horrible place to stay! I Advise everyone to NEVER rent a room.

I am staying at the Hilltop Inn and I love the stay The Staff is awesome they keep the rooms nice fresh and clean they treat their property with lots of care the Air Conditioning is 5 stars and Also the Heating System is Very Cozy out of all the Hotels and Motels i stayed in this is the very best to me ...an also the parking lot is clean and Also the sodas are $1.25 u can't beat that ...the laundry is good and clean..no bed bugs and my stay is Lovely 😍 Yvette
