Hillside Villas

I would suggest staying somewhere else. We came in late Friday night and all we wanted was sleep. We were in villas 25 and 26. When my 2 sons woke up to bugs in their beds. Upon further investigation THE VILLAS ARE INFESTED WITH BED BUGS! I have attached pictures. My kids were bitten. This is unacceptable. Also, we drove 4 hours to get there. We were there to see our grandfather who is dying. We couldn't even see our grandfather because we could not take the chance of bedbugs getting in their house. So all the money we spent getting there was for nothing and we didn't even get to hug our dying grandfather. We had to purchase chemicals to treat everything we brought and our cars. The housekeepers do not clean these rooms. There is trash and bugs and things every where. If they would have ch

It was a big disappointment.. The bed and hide-a-bed are horribly uncomfortable. We were there for 5 nights and ran into constant problems. The outside door handle was about to fall off and made it very difficult to open and shut the door.. The fridge didn't get very cold.. The microwave didn't work well-we had to add a LOT of time to anything placed inside.. The wifi only worked about 1 full day (all together) of our entire stay.. The toilet was broken and leaking all over the floor by the 2nd day's morning.. The TV didn't work. Maintenance came to look into fixing the toilet and TV, but couldn't do anything to help either. They couldn't move us to a different room because it was a holiday weekend and they were packed. When we called the office about the wifi they said the router was in

We stayed in Villa #30. It has been remodeled & it looks fabulous. I would highly recommend it! Fishing, swimming & putt putt are all available.

The lakes are beautiful tonight.
