Hillman Motel

I FREAKING LOVE THIS MOTEL. THIS IS THE GREATEST MOGEL I'VE EVER STAYED IN. PERIOD. THIS IS THE GREATEST MOTEL IN THE NORTHERN HEMISPHERE. ROBERT IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST PERSON IVE EVER HAD THE PLEASURE OF ENCOUNTERING. I AM SO ETERNALLY GRATEFUL FOR FINDING THIS PLACE. IF I COULD SPEND MY LIFE HERE. I WOULD. BUT I CAN'T AND IT MAKES ME SICK TO MY STOMACH THAT I CAN'T STAY HERE FOREVER. EVERY DAY I WAKE UP HERE I FEEL THE URGE TO BE A BETTER PERSON. I CANNOT UNDERESTIMATE THE GREATEAT THIS MOTEL HAS INSTILLED IN ME. EVERY NIGHT I SLEEP ELSEWHERE I DREAM OF BEING BACK HERE. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALLOWING ME TO EXIST AT THE SAME TIME.

My husband and I made a trip up from NC to Paradise, MI. We stayed for a week and everything was perfect. We chose this motel because it was cheaper than anywhere else we looked. We brought our oldest dog and they were accommodating. The price for pets are very good as well as the pricing for the rooms. When we needed something Becky was there to help with what we needed. The area is quiet and peaceful at night. Always love the stars taking over the sky on a clear night. My husband and I highly recommend staying at Hillman Motel even if it's just as a temporary getaway vacation from something if you're local.

I love this place it cozy like home that's how the staff treat you it one of the best places I have ever stayed at . I really enjoy the the country feel of it all. The beautiful destination were beautiful places to see many stores. So you can get the things that you need in walking distance. There are beaches, nearby and places to fish. There is also hunting grounds which is fantastic for those who hunt or fish. I couldn't ask for a better place for me to stay at like I said. It's like home and I love that country feeling and the staff here. If you have a problem, you ask it gets fixed. Only thing else I can say is it's a fantastic environment. And I do appreciate it, the staff it's great. I just want to tell them thank you. It's a five out of five stars

Over the course of 2 months, we had nothing but UN professionalism. We can't talk to the owner. We constantly get complaints that are from the owner. But we have nothing in writing or anyway to know We can't even have the own county. Sheriff, come out there and take care of Legal matters. Or youll get asked to leave 3 days later all of a sudden Nothing but problems. Pet friendly, but only if they like you the mangers mothers lives full time that runs the manger all the tjme .defenly seems like Your money is not good enough if you ask to talk to the owner you'll get asked to leave and or denied service the manager is a joke how can a business treats a Paying customers just another nightmare from New ownership grass has cut 2 times in the past month Plus the manager works at the local Doll

Very nice, clean, quiet cozy motel! The owner was very generous to offer a room for showering during the Ice Storm, tens of thousands still without power. Small town motel, located right off M-32! This type of hospitality and kindness is unheard of these days! If you are ever in the area and need a nice clean motel, give it a try! Modern bathrooms, and rooms nicely updated, but still have that nice "up north" cabin feel!
