My wife and I spent two nights at the Hill Top B&B and had a enjoyable experience. Our room was clean with new furniture, clean towels and sheets. Our floor had a shared bathroom that had plenty of hot water and very good water pressure. Breakfast is provided. The food was obtained from a local Amish farm and prepared by the owner. The would recommend this B&B to anyone looking for lodging in the Cooperstown, Fort Plain area.
This Bed & Breakfast is in a nicely restored 19th century house. Situated on an active dairy farm where they make their own brand of Farmer cheese. The hostess, Valerie, is a delight, filled with stories which helps to make up for no Internet
The host is very nice and the property is beautiful with a ton of potential, but our stay was terrible. The bed was not cleaned, the door to the connected room was not locked, there were exposed wires in the hallway, there was no WiFi and no AC.
Epic good old fashioned furniture. I hope to go back again soon.
Over priced barn in the middle nowhere.
