Room smelled extremely of mold and damp. Been sick ever since I left. Had to open the windows it was so intense. Very strict on no guests or visitors Room looks and smells like it came directly from 1992
I just found the business card for Hill-Brook Motel in my suitcase. I stayed there last October and had a great stay. The owner, Dickie, and his family keep the motel room and office spotless. The parking is convenient and the staff were very pleasant. I highly recommend this motel.
Just don't even consider! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Refused online reservation which falsly represented property. Charged card , and deposit. Refused ADA service animal which is illegal in the USA !!! Never l go here Dangerous uphill busy traffic area, hard to get into.
Good size rooms, but could definitely use some updating. Overall decent place though.
Worst Front Desk Service, yelling over the phone while trying to discuss about the reason for cancellation and hung up the phone in the middle and didn’t answer the phone when I called them again for about 15 times. She was very rude with no patience.
