The bad reviews here are wrong or fake. If you are working at a plant nearby trust me this is perfect for workers. Sammy is great person always helps you out. Do not pay attention to these bad reviews, I have been staying here for last 3 weeks and anytime I come work here I will stay here no doubt. Great location and great people, nice clean rooms! Cold ac, hot heater, cold water and hot water! Awesome price. I always write reviews from objective point of view.

Well the last review was incorrect. I stayed here for 5 years and I absolutely loved it. It felt very homey, spacious and very clean. The manager and family were wonderful. Please don't listen to the broke people Natalie Horn, who obviously didn't have the money to pay. So they made something up to get their money back. I stayed there for 5 years! It was clean and I was treated like I was family. Why stay five years? Because the prices were awesome and it was basically an apartment furnished with everything I needed. I really enjoyed living there everyone was so nice. . Signed Robyn Ps. I miss them all so much!! Very nice manager he was super helpful. Even upgraded our room to a double bed with no extra charge. I gave 3 stars because behind the nightstand was a condom and a pair of men's undies were under the bed. Rooms could use a little bit more detail when they clean.

Not a place I would ever set foot in again! It's dirty, the ac didn't work, the wooden stairs and walkways are in desperate need of repairs and the price for a room is way too high, for such low class accomodations. For 65 a night, you can stay at much nicer places. The staff was friendly and polite is the the only positive thing I can say about this place....
