I have been here a couple of times now with my family. It’s a great place to ski, very family friendly and a great place to learn how to ski! I had Arthur Gordon who is a phenomenal instructor!! Highly recommended! I would use Art if you want to learn to ski! The place is not too large that it’s overwhelming and it have never been too busy. We just love coming here!
Wasn’t to busy over the weekend but was really shocked when we went and adventured up stairs. The Clocktower is OPEN. We read that it was closed on google but to our surprise it wasn’t. We were instantly greeted with a smile from the bartender who we later learned was named Dawn. She was so sweet and bubbly. She really stood out and made my wife and I laugh it was bitter sweet to see how much she enjoyed hidden valley. We ordered the steak hoagie which was just perfect. I would love to see this place get busy like down stairs. Maybe some music although the bartender did put on a little show when we said it was to quiet. She sang a little to us. Please hire more people like her. She was incredible. We met the servers as well Rachel was super sweet and Crystal as well.
We had a great family day! We are all brand new to skiing and the staff could not gave been friendlier or more accommodating to help us fit our rentals for boots and skis. The staff at the beginner slope and the chair lifts for trails were very friendly and encouraging! We can't wait to go back!!
My favorite ski resort in my local area. It’s smaller than 7 Springs, but I like it for that because it tends to be less crowded. Also, their glades here are really nice, generally flat and spacious. Good for practicing before doing something steeper.
OH MY, OH MY THE WORST!!! First I've never heard of a hotel room in a basement. Yes a basement ; wanted me to pay $350.00 per night underground. I paid for a king room with A Lakeview. And I was given a basement room that's falling apart. A rat hole. Mold ,holes on the floor. Tiles falling apart, dirty. The beds were not even made properly, the TV did not work. A room I will not even put my dog in.. So much noises all around. This is the worst experience I've ever had in a hotel. I have travel a lot and I've had $50 per night room which will make this room look like five star hotel. And I mean WORST!!! The hallways were dirty termites on the wall the hot tub was dirty and garbage everywhere. This place is so poorly maintained. The staff was horrible, rude, disrespectful , ignored all my con
