Hidden Lake Lodge - Glendale, Utah

We stayed at Hidden Lodge for our family vacation. I was really looking forward to staying there! The house is newly renovated and is very nice. However, the property itself was not as nice as I was expecting it to be. Which was disappointing.... The grass was overgrown. The dock would start to sink when we walked on it. The swim platform was covered with grass and weeds. The paddle boat, kayak and canoe were dirty and had missing parts / pieces. I would give this rental a 6 out of 10.

My recent stay at Hidden Lake Lodge was satisfactory, though not without its challenges. The cabin itself was pleasant, but there were several issues that detracted from the overall experience. Upon arrival, we encountered difficulty with the lock on the front door. Despite reaching out to the owner via text and requesting a call for assistance, we did not receive a response. This lack of communication was disappointing. The cabin, while nice, did not meet the standards of a five-star accommodation. I noted that nine lightbulbs within the living space were burnt out. Additionally, the fire detector had been removed, leaving wires hanging from the ceiling, which is particularly concerning in an all-wood cabin. The towels provided had a noticeable mildew smell, likely due to the checkout

This was an excellent experience for us. Very nice accommodations and awesome views. Seemed secluded, with the highway being just a short distance away. House was clean and well stocked. Beds were very comfortable and linens clean. The mini-lake was great, the kids loved it, canoeing. Such beautiful country. Seeing animals, ducks, horses, turkeys were great. It was super fun. I would highly recommend this place and would love to stay again.

Such a fun relaxing stay, away from it all! The pond makes for some fun swimming, canoing, paddle boarding and beautiful views. This is an old historic ranch. Great base camp as you are surrounded by Bryce and Zion's National Parks, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, Cedar Breaks, Brianhead Ski resort, Kanab and much more. World class deer and elk hunting. Very nice home with large family room, cable TV, very comfortable and clean!

If you are looking for peaceful, secluded and simply gorgeous get-a-way this home is perfect! The lake is stunning, the home is … let’s just say “ it’s a dream”! Fully equipped with everything you need and then some! Comfortable, open and truly heaven in UT! From the moment you pull into the drive, you feel at home. The front porch, the fire pit, the lake the kayaks … I could go on and on. The home is filled with all the comforts and necessities to make your stay just right! The beds, pillows, chairs, couch, bathrooms, loft (with a seating area) and the kitchen … oh the kitchen, let’s just say I was more than pleased and happy to cook whole on vacation! The. Home is Perfection!!! The hosts: attentive, quick to respond, and will do what it takes to make sure your stay is enjoyable
