Heritage Inn & Suites

Room was clean, staff was friendly, sports bar is convenient and the bar manager is a sweetheart and very attentive. She also has a sweet baseball bat (Thanks Ann!). The burgers are good. A little pricey to where I usually stay traveling for work but would definitely visit again.

When checking in, Jennifer didn’t want to get up out of her chair to check us in. She was rude when we wanted to pay cash. We had to come back down and ask for an additional wash cloth, she said I’m busy and you will have to wait while she was on her phone!!! Very unprofessional and doesn’t need to work with the public!!

We picked this hotel thinking it was a nicer hotel, WRONG!! The bar and grill attached too it is TROUBLE!! the manager of the bar and grill came out and after my fiance with a baseball bat. Because we wanted the crowd outside our room to be quiet. The crowd outside my window kept recording me as a looked out my window. It was horrible. The manager of hotel went out to tell the crowd to leave BUT they refused!! Which y would they leave when the manager of the bar and grill was right there with them with her ball bat!!! Just TRASH!!! Beware!!! If you are not party crowd this is NOT the hotel for you!

The hotel is under relatively new management and has improved quite a bit. The rooms are basic but clean and spacious. Some of the rooms have sinks and bathtubs which don't drain quickly and some of the sink faucets have slight persistent drips. Probably my biggest feedback would be shorten the drapes which hang too low over the HVAC units under the windows and impede air flow into the rooms. Each time I've stayed there I had to ball up the bottoms of the drapes onto the window sill to get airflow into the room instead of behind the drapes.

All the staff were very helpful and kind. The room was your typical hotel room. The location was convenient to many restaurants as well as shopping but yet was very quiet.
