Hemlocks Campground

The owner is a very sweet woman! We rented the tent spot next to the water and it was such a beautiful spot. If you love wildlife, there are an incredible amount of bird species that find this place home. Mostly seasonal people, all were friendly. Showers are 25 cents for 6 mins, so make sure to bring your quarters. I would absolutely camp here again.

The tent site was a very small piece of land next to a trailer with a strong smell of sewage. It barely had enough space for a tent and a crappy plastic table. I didn't even stay. It was disgusting

We rented 3 tent sites this past weekend! We absolutely loved it here! From check in the clerk was pleasant the campers were very friendly the owner was wonderful! They had a carnival on Saturday and the campers had games set up at their campsites the kids all played games and at the end they got to pick out prizes. They had a blast! We definitely will come back The Jeannette, and kraus- Tracey families!

Consistently told I need to pay a fee to visit my own grandmother's campground. Even when both my grandmother and I explain that I am allowed to visit her, I am stopped at the gate and told that without paying a visitor fee I can't enter. Very rude, very snobby. I've never been able to go down without an issue here, and my family has had a campsite for years! Owners like to drink at the gate and harass visitors regularly. Highly unprofessional. Would not recommend going here if wanting a family friendly place.

first time here with my wife, everyone is so friendly they treat us like family. had a seasonal help us with a few things we forgot lol but it was a great time, we already made reservations for laborday weekend!!!! cant wait to come back!
