Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Seville

I gave this a 5 star rating because I have a great experience from start to finish. We checked in very late and the gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and informative. Upon walking in the area was very clean and definitely updated. Rugs and furniture looked newer and clean. The elevator was clean looked like it had recently been updated. The carpets and painted walls on the third floor appear to be new. Yes the room is a little dated but they have definitely done updates in the last few years. We liked the kitchenette are. It was very clean. The microwave, refrigerator and sink was spotless. The dresser, table and couches were older but clean and in good condition.The bed and pillows were definitely newer and extremely comfortable. The bedding and towels were great and clean.

A very nice property, but my room definitely needed some work. I was at the hotel for an event, and the group block rate resulted in a very reasonable price. However… even at $122 a night, things could’ve been a lot better.||On the plus side, the studio suite was very spacious. It was a handicap room, and I don’t know how anybody who might have been wheelchair-bound could have reached the dishes or any of the utensils. The toaster, and some other items were on top shelves, and there was no way on God‘s green earth that I could reach them. A pity, because I had some bagels I would like to have toasted. Frankly, I am baffled as to why the unit that has the sink did not have base cabinet drawers.||On the downside, the room is in serious need of an upgrade. The fabric on both the couch and cl

Excellent service. Clean rooms. There is some floor noise from the upstairs rooms. You can hear the floorboards squeak some.

Clean but dated rooms. Close to the freeway so you can definitely hear the traffic. Friendly front desk staff. Beds were comfortable and towels fully stocked. Breakfast was hot and quality was what you'd expect from a hotel. Large variety of breakfast: eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, yogurt, cereal, toast, and fruit. The fruit was past its prime.

The location and service were quite excellent. There was a situation with my room that the staff very promptly addressed and worked with me to resolve it in a timely fashion and in an appropriate manner. I really appreciated the manager, desk clerks, and head housekeeper's help and they were very apologetic and kind. They took my concern extremely seriously and addressed it quickly and appropriately. I'd recommend this location for the staff alone!
