Hawksnest Adventures

Really enjoyed the snow tubing adventure. The runs were fun and easygoing, great for a relaxing winter day. They also had snacks, food, and drinks available—including both non-alcoholic and alcoholic options—which was a nice touch. The 2 hour time slot was the perfect amount of time.

A group of 30 gathered here for a birthday celebration. We came from florida,michigan, and georgia. We rented 2 AIRB&B next two the other. We hiked, zip lined, sight seeing, and enjoyed ammenities of our rentals. Everyone had a wonderful weekend.

I took my son tubing here on a Sunday afternoon. I did buy tickets in advance, so the check in was pretty quick and then we just had to wait a bit with the other 2:00 time slot ticket holders. The good: Staff highly visible throughout the area and multiple staff members on the tube lanes. Also good: magic carpets for moving the tubes up the hills. The meh: lines on the lanes and the lanes themselves. Some were not very steep. I stopped about 60 percent down one hill, and others were stopping far from the bottom on some lanes as well. A few were pretty fast, but not that long. We certainly did not try every lane there, as there were a lot. We ended up leaving with about 45 minutes to spare because we were both pretty bored. My family and I went here for a day of fun activities and we got just that. After driving 4 hours I was pleasantly surprised. My only concern was that the parking lot got a bit chaotic and you almost had to park on top of each other to accomodate the next vehicles.

Came as first timers with kids (12 and 9)for the 6pm slot. We came on a warmer December day so I didnt think we would actually get to tube but every thing worked out great- the lanes were still in good condition. The staff were helpful and nice; the wait times to slide were minimal despite it being busy. They let us hook our tubes together as a family to go down the longer lanes. The only downside was that the lanes opened at 6 but the gift shop closed at 6:30. So we weren't able to get to that BUT we will be back- we had a great time!
