Hawkins House

Great B&B to stay in the middle of a quaint little mountain town close to several springs and attractions in the Missouri Ozarks. It is an old beautiful home with an amazing wraparound porch with three restaurants in close walking distance. The owners were very responsive to any inquiries. We look forward to returning again!

We really enjoyed our visit to Eminence this weekend—and a huge thank you to Hawkins House B&B! It was the perfect location, walking distance to multiple restaurants. We floated the Current River using Carr’s Rentals then came back to Air Conditioning and a hot shower (the water pressure was amazing!). We stayed in the Bluebird Room which is a small bedroom with a bathroom that used to be the house’s library. We highly recommend Hawkins House for your next visit!

We loved the Hawkins House Bed and Breakfast! Not only was the room perfect for us, the individual bathroom was icing on the cake after being on a motorcycle and river all day. To add onto the convenience factor the house is literally surrounded by good food and dessert. The parking was very convenient for our motorcycle as well. There's a hot tub for relaxing muscles as well. The owner was very nice and accommodating! Gave us advice on where to park and sent a convenient text letting us know our room was ready before check in time. Highly recommend staying here!

Little house is small but mighty. It's got any amenity you'd need. Main bedroom easily fits two adults and/ or one adult and everyone else's luggage. The towels were great. Wanted to try the grill but just ended up walking to nearby restaurants, which was also nice!

We came this weekend and stayed at the Hawkins house B&B with a group of 10, we could not have been more pleased with our stay and the ease of communication with Logan, prior to our stay! They went above and beyond to accommodate our large group of couples, they were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area when we had questions as this was our 1st time to travel to Eminence. We will most definitely be returning soon! If you are searching for the comforts of small town charm and friendly host's, this is the spot for your! Also, His wife makes amazing cookies! 🙂
