Harvest Drive Family Inn

Harvest drive is a nostalgic place for me. I used to go with my mom every fall. Unfortunately it’s not the same anymore. Cheap laminate flooring and old noisy beds. The worst part was the heat. It would turn on and off every 10 minutes and wake everyone up. It sounded like a freight train! We left early because we just couldn’t do another night with the back breaking beds and noisy heat.

Our stay at Harvest Drive Family Inn was absolutely wonderful! The location is unbeatable, surrounded by beautiful Amish countryside, with peaceful views in every direction. It’s the kind of place where you instantly feel relaxed and at home.||The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-kept, and the atmosphere was calm and family-friendly. We especially loved waking up to the serene view of the fields and seeing the buggies pass by. The staff was warm and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay.||If you’re looking for a quiet, scenic getaway in Lancaster County with an authentic, down-to-earth feel, this is the place! We will definitely be back.

We stayed at this farm stay in Amish country for two nights and loved the experience! The location is quiet, peaceful, and surrounded by beautiful farmland, with incredible sunset views that are perfect for unwinding. The rooms were clean and a decent size. It is close to the Amish village, Strasburg Railroad and other attractions in the area. There is no housekeeping on site and we were told that the reception does not have staff and the process is self check-in but when we arrived at 3 PM, they had staff in the reception and helped us check in. The only downside is they don’t offer breakfast, and you need to drive a few miles to reach a restaurant. Overall, it’s an affordable and relaxing place to stay if you’re looking for peace, quiet, and a unique countryside experience.

Positive: Although it was out of the way, (1/2 hour away from the convention center) I enjoyed that it was in the cornfields. I liked hearing the horse carriages trot by. The room was clean and so were the refer and microwave. Reasonably priced. Negative: I put out a sign to have the room serviced and it wasn't. The battery to the remote for the air conditioner need to be replaced. The guy tried to tell me that it was working fine, but it wasn;t working at all. He eventually replaced the battery.

Stayed there for the weekend. Had an amazing experience. Beautiful grounds. Rooms were clean and updated. Crowd was great. Nature's harmony around the place is one of a kind.
