Harrah's Resort Southern California - A Caesars Rewards Destination

Positive: "" Negative: The water from the bathroom sink was Grey!! I wouldn't rinse a toothbrush and certainly wouldn't rinse my mouth out. That is most likely a serious health code violation. Questioned whether anything was clean or saniuzed.

So we finally made it to the Harrahs Resort /Casino. Had a great time there with friends. The staff in the casino were nice at every turn. We played in the upper end black jack section & had fun. The casino was clean but the best part of the trip was that we all WON!!! Cant say that will happen all the time but next time we will try the hotel & pool.

Excellent location, the people very friendly and knowledgeable. The room is comfortable and the service experience excellent. The service exceed our expectations work so hard to make sure we were satisfied, we really want to come back again…!|Our room was very clean and organized and spacious, we really love this experience…!|Thanks for providing me with this amazing memories in my life…! |The value for the quality and luxury we experience is beyond words…!

Very relaxing weekend. I just love the atmosphere in the casino. Theres great restraunts and a great selection of food places ,The vibe is great in casino. The pool area is always clean, love the swim up bar and the 2 jacuzzi's. Theres the lazy river for the younger crowd. Pool area has food and drink service ans small store to purchase snacks and pool items.

Very unfriendly staff. Very jealous and disgusting attitude towards others! Nice casino and theme. Yet the good vibe was not there. The location down the mountain I thought I was headed South actually approaching the Casino is due north. I was pulled over by the police on my way home as she had a bad tip that I may be asleep. I passed her DUI test which seemed like a setup.and a scam. I should never go back there again! .
