Hampton Inn & Suites Sarasota/Bradenton-Airport

This is hotel is great as far as the room and location goes. What is poor is the breakfast. The breakfast area was extremely busy and they had one poor girl working breakfast to deal with the hordes of soccer kids , moms and pops. I don’t know where these people grew up but they never learned how to behave in public. They slopped their food all over the floor acting like Mom was going to come after them and clean up their mess. On top of the that there was no one from the hotel making any effort to clean up the breakfast area. The food was poorly prepared with watery powdered eggs and the worst tasting waffle batter I have ever attempted to eat. I travel for work so I stay in hotels frequently. I recently stayed 3 nights at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean and quiet. Breakfast was hotel good (waffles, omelets etc.). The front desk staff were all very helpful. Parking is free even though it's very close to the airport. (I saw an airport shuttle in the drive & the have an airline departure screen in the lobby). I will definitely stay here again.

Literally created a tripadvisor account to write this review. Absolutely loved everything about the hotel. Breakfast was amazing, my room was beautiful, check in was a breeze (including extending my stay multiple times) and the staff were some of the most pleasant people i’ve ever met. Drew especially was extremely helpful and went above and beyond every single day to help me extend my stay and make sure everything was perfect for me. He was there everyday with a big smile and was an absolute delight. Thank you Drew!

Don’t rely on them for shuttle service from the airport. They expect you to customer serve them. Left my 66 elderly mother to walk to the hotel instead of giving us a ride. They don’t answer their phones and will yell at you and their own people when they do answer.

We were visiting for a funeral event at Sarasota National Cemetery. The hotel was perfect location to airport and all other needs. The team took good care of us during our stay. The breakfast attendant was very friendly and treated our grandkids like her own. I highly recommend the location. Clean and comfortable.
