Hampton Inn & Suites Salisbury/Fruitland

I had to stay here for an unfortunate and very stressful reason, but thanks to all of the staff at this location, my hotel stay was the only thing I didn't need to stress about. They were all helpful, answered questions, and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was good. Each staff member from front desk, to housekeeping, to breakfast staff, to maintenance; all greeted you with a smile. The rooms (I stayed in 2 due to my situation) were well maintained, cleaned, and beds were comfortable. The pool area was clean and maintained. The breakfast area was well stocked amd if you had an allergy to a food they either informed you or made you something else that was in your dietary need. The ladies were happy and helpful. I have stayed at this hotel countless times since 2021. I have thoroughly enjoyed each visit and have considered it one of my favorite hotels primarily because of the service, cleanliness, and renovations. The staff has always been incredibly kind, cheerful, and helpful. In fact the manager personally called me to let me know about a cancellation when I wanted to extend my stay. ||But this visit was first time I have not been fully impressed with the hotel itself. It's been 5 months since my last visit and the atmosphere does not feel as clean. Maybe it's just a matter of the hotel aging. It was fully renovated around 2020-21 and felt brand new. Positive: The location was ideal to The University of MD Eastern Shore Negative: The morning manager was not accommodating at all in terms of my daughter's graduation. I sought a later check out time and she told me 1130 was the latest I could have.

We sincerely enjoyed our stay here and had absolutely zero complaints. The check in process was streamlined and efficient, the kindness and friendliness of the attendant on staff at the time of check in was excellent! The rooms were clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast exceeded expectations, and the woman serving and managing the breakfast was warm and caring. Overall, we would definitely stay here again and likely wouldn't look anywhere else.

We stayed at this hotel for one night on October 25th and really enjoyed our stay. The place was quiet, clean, and comfortable, and the bathroom was nice and tidy. Breakfast was available from 6:00 to 10:00 a.m., which was very convenient. The location was excellent too, just a short walk to some restaurants and Walmart. I’d definitely stay here again if I’m in the area!
