For the price we paid for the room and what we received I am quite satisfied. However, if your looking for something more put together it would be better to look for an alternative solution. The hard surface in the entry had some kind of residue and did not appear to have been cleaned. The bathroom door was a sliding barn style door, which was fine but was missing the door handle so there was a big hole in the door that anyone else in the room could have seen through. Since it was near the main entry door if the outside door was open people in the hall could possibly see you inside as well. The drawers on the entertainment center had posts but were missing handles, and the curtain pull cords were broken and couldnt be lowered or raised. The staff was amazing. We needed this hotel for one night (arriving late and checking out early) and it was fine for that. I would not have wanted to stay there more than that. The room was cleaned minimally and the soap dispenser was hanging off the wall. I did self-check in but no one was at the desk when we got there or again when we checked out the next day. I waited 10min and finally rang a bell, for which the manager came out of a back room and told me the front desk team member would be back shortly to help me, instead of helping me herself. Very poor service. I didn’t try the breakfast so I can’t speak to that..
Positive: The breakfasts were delicious. Negative: The hot tub wasn’t working. The ac wasn’t working in main lobby area. The carpets in the hallways were very dirty and our fridge didn’t work.
I had an excellent stay at Hampton Inn, and I want to recognize the outstanding service provided by the staff—especially Padma and Jason. From the moment I arrived, the level of professionalism, warmth, and genuine care stood out. Padma was incredibly attentive, kind, and welcoming. She made sure everything I needed was taken care of and did so with a positive attitude that truly made me feel valued as a guest. Jason also deserves special recognition for his leadership and customer-focused approach. It’s clear that he takes pride in running a smooth operation and supporting both guests and staff. Stayed here for 6 days during Christmas time! We had complimentary breakfast every morning of our stay and it was always fresh with multiple different choices everyday! ALL of the staff was so kind and friendly! Maintenance, the ladies with housekeeping and breakfast, and every single front desk staff was super nice!!! Special shout out to Alex for making our stay exceptional! Highly recommended staying here!
