Hampton Inn & Suites Minooka

Had car trouble while driving home to MI from Omaha and car service center recommended Minooka so we chose the Hampton. Was greeted by Rylan, very friendly and professional, even changed our room without complaint or issue when I realized it was an adjoining room, with a family on the other side. Room was exceptionally clean, quiet and comfortable. Only issue was low water pressure, making it hard to change the output on the shower head, only one sprayed out (401). Breakfast was hot and plentiful, the young lady working was very polite and attentive to what was needed. Overall, a very pleasant stay despite the fact that it wasn’t planned!

On the road, booked a quick stay, needed good value.|Clean place, very comfy beds! |Breakfast had a nice variety, fruits, bagels, eggs ..etc |(Waffle maker wasn’t the best, either the batter needed to be mixed better or the waffle maker wasn’t working properly..)|Staff seemed nice and welcoming.|Would recommend this location and would stay again if in the area.

Positive: Nice friendly staff with a great clean lobby and a delicious hot chocolate bar. Negative: The coffee and hot water were often not too hot and old.

While traveling through Illinois, we stayed at this hotel overnight on Christmas Day. It was very close to I-80, just west of the construction around Joliet.The front desk person, Sebastian, was kind and welcoming. Our room and bathroom were spotless and attractive. The breakfast was very good with lots of variety and hot foods. Emma kept everything stocked well and she was very friendly. We will stay here again!

Great service! Room was small (for two queen beds) and only one chair. Bathroom adequate. Breakfast was OK. The people working g there were wonderful!
