Hampton Inn & Suites Miami/Brickell-Downtown

We spent three nights berfore our cruise, with a family of four, two adults, two teens. Hotel location is excellent: there’s restaurants, shops and train station in walking distance. Going to Miami Beach was also easy.|Hotel itself was clean and nice. There were a few elevators, but one of them was broken so there were pretty much waiting. Staircase was hidden quite well. |Room was very good size for our family. Some plug soccets didn’t work, but it was not a deal breaker. ||Pool area was great, I could not imagine something like that would locate in upper floors in the middle of the city! Nice outdoor space to relax.||Breakfast was rated as ”excellent”, but it could have been better. Room was nice and clean. Service was excellent. The front desk was courteous. The lobby manager was cheerful and greeted us good morning. He even took our plates away after breakfast. The only thing that seems lacking is a room safe to store your valuables when you are away. At the hotel front desk, we booked a shuttle bus service to the terminal at $8 US per person. Seemed like a great option, however on the departure date, there were a dozen of people waiting for the shuttle bus (emphasize that this is a third party shuttle bus company and NOT operated by the hotel) and the shuttle bus never came. The room was warm, but clean. We tried calling the lobby once we were settled in, around 10pm, but there was no answer. No frills, nothing overly accommodating, just solid. Great stop if you’re just sleeping there so you can get to the pier quickly for a cruise the next day.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn Miami Brickell and can’t say enough good things about our experience. Our room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It truly felt like a home away from home.||The staff made our visit even better—everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. They took the time to answer all of our questions and offered great suggestions about the area and things to do. A special shout-out to Ernest at the reception desk, who was especially kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we felt taken care of.||We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Brickell area!

RECEPTION: I received a very warm welcome and also they took care of my luggage meanwhile I explored nearby until the checkin hour. ROOM OVERVIEW: The room is very spacious and modern. I really enjoyed staying at the room. ROOM FACILITIES: The hot water and air conditioner worked perfectly during our whole stay. The shower is big enough for two people, taking a shower here was a blessing. BREAKFAST: The variety isn't extensive but it has all the essentials, good coffee, healthy options and filling ones too. On top of that you can make your own waffles. LOCATION: The surroundings are extremely safe and lively. There are a lots of things to do in Brickell as well as many lunch and dinner options.
