Hampton Inn & Suites Miami-Doral/Dolphin Mall

The room was spacious, modern, and very well designed, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. It felt more like a fully set-up living space rather than just a hotel room. The location was convenient, breakfast was good, and the overall facilities were well maintained. Free parking was an added advantage. Unfortunately, we didn’t get enough time to fully enjoy the room and amenities, but the experience was excellent overall. I would definitely give this hotel a full rating.

Stayed here for a few days while touring the area. Prices are better than downtown and it’s closer to the airport. Uber to the city runs about $40. Stayed in a suite. Room was clean and comfortable. Free breakfast is what you’d expect from Hampton. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great restaurants a few miles away.

Excellent customer service!! I was upgraded to the suite. It was a large spacious area with a pullout sofa bed. The room was clean, but the extra blanket and sheet in the closet were not. The paint job doesn't hide the age which shows around the corners and in the cracks. I missed breakfast, so I can't comment on it. They have a 24-hour hot beverage station. Would stay here again.

Very poor experience. First room we were given had flys in it!. We were then moved to another room and the bathroom door got stuck and my son had to be rescued by the supervisor breaking the door down!. Hilton need to improve the support for staff here. The customer service facing staff were excellent but the hotel is in need of an upgrade to all rooms. The manager should also be checking all rooms daily to ensure there is a a higher standard of quality!. Disappointed with this hotel. They did refund the room but overall a very poor experience.
