Hampton Inn & Suites Memphis-Wolfchase Galleria

I was here this past weekend and I was more than comfortable. I checked in on the app and was offered beverages and snacks on my arrival. I wasnt there much except to sleep but everyone who helped me was very kind and proffesional. I didnt get her name, but she had long dreadlocks in a bun and was the most helpful to me. Breakfast was delicious and filling. Shower was perfect to unwind my day after working. Beds were so comfortable I didnt want to leave. I enjoyed my stay very much and if/when I have to be back for another job I will definitely be staying here

Cedric checked us in, and he was nothing short of amazing! I made a mistake booking through Expedia and he took his time and patiently and thoroughly fixed it. The front desk experience was the best thing about this place, but the room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed. Can’t beat that. We do a lot of AirBnBing but I think Hampton Inn is winning us over for our top choice of place to stay. Thanks Cedric!

We were greeted as we walked in the door. The room was clean. The shower had great pressure. The beds and pillows were comfy. We had a suite so there were two thermostats. For all you Diamond level, there was a parking spot right at the front door.

I have stayed at this hotel in the past, as I travel to Memphis 5+ times a year, and something has happened at this location. It is DIRTY!! Everywhere!! I mean everywhere!!! Sinks, floors, TVs, walls, elevator, fridge mildew and more! I had planned on staying 4 nights but am moving after 1! My first room was SO gross I had to change to the loud side of the building which wasnt much better. Stay somewhere else. This place is awful!!

The guy wouldn’t let me check in early although I needed a nap. Understandable. I was asking about phone charger and a customer had to help me. The lady worker told me to go to target to buy a connector She was sweet though.
