Hampton Inn & Suites Keller Town Center

I reserved a room with two queen beds for four adults. When we checked in we were told they had “upgraded” our room to a master suite. By “upgraded” they meant, they were only giving 4 adults one bed and a sofa. I was given a host of excuses but ultimately short of going into Ft. Worth I was stuck. The sofa was, well, a sofa. It was a ratty pull out. The did say they’d be happy to give us. Roll away twin bed. Half my party wouldn’t stay because they refused to pay to sleep on a sofa. No amenities of any kind. Terrible hotel. Unhelpful staff!I was told I should have called to confirm I had two beds even though I booked directly through them. Apparently they don’t have trustworthy computers?

Great Hotel and Location, centrally located in Keller the staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean and offers the amenities most people are looking for, business or personal. Pool, gym, refillable water station, breakfast with functional rooms that are clean, Breakfast should be Improved by adding few more hot items. Shopping centers are nearby with great options within walking distance. we would definitely recommend and stay here again.

For those of you road warriors who regularly stay at Hampton Inns, you'll soon realize they have a spectrum of properties from good to really good. This property is solidly in the " really good" category. The property is approximately 4 years old and good for the business traveler as well as retired folks on a road trip. The restaurant is spacious and the hot and cold offerings were tasty and fresh. The rooms were functional and the bed was typical comfy bed we've all come to expect. Parking was easy and convenient. Staff was friendly, and we will visit this property again on a future trip.

Booking our wedding block at this Hapmpton Inn was an amazing experience. They made the entire process seamless and stress-free, from coordinating room blocks to handling special requests for our guests. The hotel staff were friendly, accommodating, and always responsive. Our guests were comfortable, happy, and appreciated the convenience. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we’re so grateful for their professionalism and care!

The free Breakfast was good. Egg omelette was really good and bacon was just right. The hotel lobby didn't smell fresh. But had nice seating area. The rooms itself were decent . The pillowcases didn't smell fresh. Maybe need different fabric softener. The pool was nicely heated and decent size. Overall decent hotel.
