Hampton Inn & Suites I-35/Mulvane

Perfect location. Rooms are very clean. Its very quiet, you cant hear people in the hallway, above you or below you. I dont know how many rooms they have but its A LOT! Its a very large hotel. Breakfast was good and fresh. Rooms are spacious and have nice views.

Just recently spent two nights at the Great Hampton Inn, in Mulvane KS adjacent to the exciting Kansas Star Casino {Boyd Gaming} This is my fourth stay at this Hampton Inn in four years. Still the best and largest Hampton Inn in the U.S. Check in at the front desk was easy breezy thanks to "Chandler!" Chandler was a total delight! Efficient, fast & friendly!The room was immaculate & fully stocked with everything one would need for a pleasant stay, thanks to Makayla in housekeeping! The next two mornings I enjoyed a free, fresh, hot breakfast thanks to Patricia in food and beverage! Besides these three outstanding employees a shout out to Beau, Emerson {front desk} & Pam at Casino security. What a great find. Traveling through the pan handle, we had no idea what we would find. Spacious, clean rooms - so spacious - and one of the better tasting hotel breakfasts I’ve had in a long time, made for a great chance to recharge. The VERY well lit parking lot left me with no concerns about the contents of our rental truck either. Staff members are friendly and the price is reasonable for the quality. If you need a place to stay while passing through? This is the place. A well-deserved 5⭐️s

Positive: Location, free breakfast, free parking and pool were all great. Having the Kansas Star Casino right there was a plus too as it gave me somewhere close by to check out after my kids went to bed. Negative: House keeping was horrible...they do this every other day. I stayed there 5 nights and only had house keeping ONCE. Had to stop by front desk multiple times for new items. Bathroom could be cleaned better, saw multiple dirty spots after I had checked-in.

Would rate a 4/10. The hotel was nice, but the room was a non smoking room… filled with cigarette smoke.. I complained multiple times and nothing was done. ||Was unable to use the wifi .. They had my name wrong and never fixed it. Was told to reach out for any and all issues and not one issue was fixed. ||But the stay was comfortable other than the obnoxious cigarette smell.
