The location is convenient, with a grocery store nearby, which made our stay very easy. The hotel itself feels a bit older, but it has everything you need and is comfortable overall. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone—from the front desk to the breakfast ladies—was incredibly kind and welcoming. When we found out our fridge wasn’t working on the first day, the front desk handled it right away. The kitchen staff were especially sweet, like caring neighbors who always check in on you. On our last day, after it snowed and our car was covered in ice, one of the breakfast ladies even brought us water to help melt the ice. Well I have to say that the only redeeming quality of this Hotel is the breakfast. The rooms are dingy and the furniture is old and in some cases broken. They do not clean your room every day and it is hard to find help with issues. The biggest and most disgusting thing that happened was the rat swimming in the pool. When I told the manager about it he said he would send someone out in the afternoon to take care of it, this was at 9:30am. There are a lot of families staying here with children and the temperature hit 100 today so I was fairly certain that the pool would get use. I was right, a few families cam out and left due to the rat. My friend who was with me finally was able to get the rat out so when other people arrived they were non the wiser.

Not great. Couldn’t hear the woman who checked me in, had to ask her to repeat herself multiple times. I don’t have hearing issues. Main issue was the street light outside with no ability to fully draw the light blocking curtains. Room was barely dim all night, very bright. If light bothers you, avoid.

Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Booked a king, got two beds with a barking dog next door. Didn’t have ANY contact info for the dog owners and they weren’t in the room. Apparently didn’t have any rooms available and wouldn’t help me finding another place to stay. Didn’t tell me about changing my reservation, downgraded my room and was denied support. HORRIBLE.
