Hampton Inn & Suites Conroe - I-45 North

We had a softball tournament in the area. The staff was extremely friendly. The room was relatively clean even though there were stains on one of the ed sheets. It wasn’t a big deal. The walls are thin though. But it’s manageable. The breakfast was pretty good with waffles , eggs, oatmeal and other normal fare. Overall, this was a good experience and we will be back to this hotel.

So I just checked in and am attending a funeral in the area. This a VERY dated room. Its not nasty or terribly unclean. The girl that checked us in was nice. But the room is definitely not what I expect from a Hilton hotel.||Lamp shades cracked, something like glue or paint (probably 3"x3") on the carpet, soap stain on the tub faucet, scratched up desks, knob missing on closet, dirty fridge. The remote pictured is 6" long.|||And the tiny pillows!!! Half the size of a regular pillow!!!

Positive: Location Negative: I rarely write a negative review however this hotel was extremely disappointing. It?s terribly outdated and very dirty. I didn?t even wanna walk on the floors barefooted. The bathroom door wouldn?t even close all the way much less Lock.

Stayed 5 days cost almost $800 so I'm thinking this room better be a little swanky..... Lol nope outdated and old fashioned. Not my style and for 800 i expected better. Now the customer service and the breakfast was a different story........very good! Nice looking hotel except for the actual room. Again my opinion. 😁👍🏼

I was assigned my room and when I opened the door it was immediately clear it hadn’t been cleaned (unmade bed, trash in bins, TV on). I go downstairs and they give me a different room. Next morning I find out there’s no hair dryer in this room. At 8:30 AM the “hot” water at the coffee/tea station downstairs was not even lukewarm.
