Hampton Inn & Suites Coconut Creek

We stayed at this location for a business trip in late February 2026. We frequently stay at Hilton properties and Hampton Inn's are one of our favorite hotel brands, especially since they are often pet friendly and we travel with our two chihuahuas. However, this experience left us less confident to ever choose a Hampton Inn we are not familiar with in the future. The first room we were given had a smell of urine and a dirty rag. There were hairs in the shower also. We immediately asked to switch and were given a room across the hall. While the smell was slightly better, the cleanliness level was unacceptable. We both have severe dust mite allergies, and the air conditioning unit was extremely full of dust on the vents. I truly have never seen anything like this in a hotel and we travel

We stayed for three nights. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, the staff were friendly and the food was good. |The problem was the room service. We paid for three full nights, no discount, but the first day they did not replenish towels. The second day they did not come at all which means no trash removal, towel service, or coffee machine replenishing. I did not mind if the sheets were not replaced but there was no communication about reusing towels or a place to let them dry. I had to go and complain and then look for a housekeeping cart to find towels. They ran out of wash clothes both days as well. The front desk called housekeeping but they did not show up before we were ready to go to bed. I asked for a discount and the front desk said. "Oh no, we are completely booked."

Positive: "" Negative: I believe it said something about free parking and then when they get there, they charge you $10 a night to park when you check in they give you a couple of bottles of water for Free. I don’t drink soda pop I don’t eat cookies. Don’t charge me $10.

This is without a doubt the best hotel in the area. We have stayed here several times over the last few years and the service and care gets better every time. The entire staff is extremely kind, caring, & accommodating. Joey, the assistant sales manager, is the main reason we keep coming back. He is extremely kind, caring, and accommodating with getting us the best room for the best price. The assistant manager Taylor is equally as great. He was always quick to help when any issues arose and fast to accommodate us for the inconveniences we encountered. The front desk staff are super friendly. Shard’e always has a smile on her face and is quick to go above and beyond to help. Shatara and Norma were also very helpful as well when we needed things or had issues with our room. This hotel is well located near coral springs in a nice area. My room was very comfortable, clean, well kept, and liked the breakfast buffet. I want to thank the lobby staff specifically Shardé as she was very welcoming, kind and helpful. I had a great and relaxing stay at this hotel.
