Hampton Inn & Suites Asheville Airport

Nothing but good things to say. The price was right. Super pet friendly. Incredibly clean rooms. Breakfast was amazing. But, every single staff member was friendly, helpful, and kind. I was traveling under very difficult circumstances and this is going to sound cheesy, but staying there made me feel comforted. Highly recommend.

Great location, clean and tidy rooms. Lobby area was modern and clean. I only needed a short visit due to an early flight, but wishing I had to stay longer. I appreciated the suite with the tile floors. The only thing that needed cleaning was the ceiling fan in the bedroom - I had to dust it before I turned it on. Great space overall. If I am in the area again, I will definitely stay again.

Positive: We know what to expect with a Hampton Inn and they almost met our full expectations. Negative: It would have been nice to have a microwave in the room. Also, the tub faucet was leaking when it was in the shutoff position. I notified the front desk.

The front desk service worker (which I did not get his name but he answered the phone on February 5th around noon) was incredibly unpleasant over the phone and in person. He was extremely rude and will interrupt you so do not even bother calling about inquiries or questions. The hotel lobby and shared spaces were not well maintained as well which seems to match the attitude of the front desk worker. Just something to keep in mind before booking.

Really quick stay. Room was clean and well put together. Bed was heaven. Check in staff was friendly and helpful. Morning check out staff was a bit grumpy but it was 4am. (That’s a joke..staff was excellent) easy access and a well Lighted parking area. Definite would stay again when in the area.
