Hampton Inn Shrewsbury

The best Hampton Inn I’ve ever experienced. The room was spotless, and the breakfast was excellent. The only issue was the heater. It had a slight burning smell, and a mechanic explained that it was likely due to a newly installed filter and that the smell would soon go away. The next day, when we checked out, the front desk manager generously adjusted our room charge and ended up not charging us at all. That was never my intention—I simply wanted to mention the minor issue—but their response showed how genuinely they listen to their guests and strive to make things right. I was truly impressed. How could I not give this place five stars?

We stayed here one night while visiting friends in the area. The hotel is basic, but clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was good. There is coffee and fruit available all day. The small pool and hot tub were empty but clean and well maintained.

My wife and I stayed a night while visiting the area. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We had asked to have a late checkout, which the staff gave us. We them asked for 1/2 more and they were kind enough to give us that too. Hats off to the helpful staff!

My husband and I were in town to photograph a wedding. We stayed here to easily get to the event and the accommodations here were very nice and clean. The breakfast was pleasantly good. Most of the staff were very polite and helpful.
