Hampton Inn Saline

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The property is spotless, comfortable, and clearly well cared for, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. What truly made the experience stand out was the exceptional customer service. James at the front desk was incredibly friendly and attentive from the very beginning. He went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, showing a level of thoughtfulness and courtesy that is increasingly rare. Small, considerate gestures like his made my stay even more comfortable and allowed me to fully relax and enjoy the evening without any inconvenience. Overall, this is a clean, enjoyable hotel with outstanding service. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and genuine hospitality.

This past weekend I had the pleasure of staying at the Hampton Inn in Saline MI. For a hockey tournament. There were three teams of teenagers traveling with us. Not once did I see a mess or unhappy employee. I was so impressed with the amazing staff, cleanliness and overall experience. Allen, the GM had me checked in and ready to go before I arrived. James, Merena and Monica were some of the friendliest front dest staff I have ever met. I found myself downstairs talking to them because I enjoyed their company that much. |Housekeeping was incredible. My daughter had lost a AirPod in the room. When we came back to the room it was clean and the missing AirPod was there waiting for her.|The honesty and dedication I experienced at this location was one of my best stats with the Hampton Inn. |I

Reasonable price, clean room, comfortable bed. Still has the new hotel smell.

Our large family traveled from Philly to Saline for a wedding and were accommodated in first class fashion from the beginning. This hotel is clean, spacious, and updated. The lobby had plenty of other areas to host a gathering. The breakfast had a large selection and the pool was very clean. The staff was very helpful the general manager Allen went above and beyond. Can walk into or a take quick ride into downtown Saline. Easily a 5 star rating.

I have stayed at this location several times. The hotel has some rooms with a unique design, so if you can get a corner room or an end of the building room then it will be even better than the standard rooms. The hotel has always been clean and tidy. The only drawback is if you end up in a room closer to the road, then you will definitely hear the traffic, not the worse I have ever experienced, but noticeable.
