Hampton Inn Ridgefield Park

I don’t know why this hotel got mediocre reviews. We stayed for a night on a weekday in February, as I took my son and his friends to the water park at the American Dream mall, a few miles away. The building was up to date and in good condition, the interiors were pleasant and clean. The room was nice and had all we needed and expected, including dispensers in the bathroom, for soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion; there was even a night light. The beds were comfortable and clean, the HVAC worked well and the air was not too dry. Breakfast was good (I wished they also served yogurts), it was not crowded so we didn’t have to stand in line. The hotel was just great. The staff were attentive. They actually had a decent office chair at the desk of each room. only complaint is that the highway facing hotels were right next to the highway as parking is on the rear side of the building and not out front. This created a lot of highway noise at night for rooms that faced the highway.

I stayed at the Hampton Inn for a quick business trip and my stay was wonderful. The staff was friendly, professional, and very accommodating. Sadeen was absolutely amazing — she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I truly appreciate the excellent service and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

I had a great stay at the Hampton Inn Ridgefield Park. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and in a really convenient location. The staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment I checked in. I especially want to give a shoutout to Leandra, who was extremely helpful and made sure everything went smoothly during my stay. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt safe and relaxing.
